Safety comes first. We create a predictable, nurturing environment where girls can feel physically and emotionally safe, develop trust, make mistakes, and know they will be treated with dignity and respect.
Connection Before Correction
We believe meaningful change grows from trusting relationships. Through trauma-informed and TBRI®-informed principles, we seek to understand what is behind a behavior while maintaining clear, consistent, and respectful expectations.
Individualized Care
Every girl comes to Bloom with her own story, strengths, challenges, and goals. Support is individualized to meet her where she is and evolves as her needs and abilities change.
Empowerment & Independence
Our goal isn't simply to care for girls while they are at Bloom. We help them discover their strengths, develop confidence, practice making healthy choices, and build the skills they need for greater independence and a successful future.
The Bloom Home
We provide a safe, nurturing environment where adolescent girls can thrive. Our home is designed to foster individualized growth and therapeutic support, offering a warm and uplifting space for girls ages 14–18 to find their path forward.
